Loyalty program
The more often you stay with us, the bigger your discount. It applies automatically at booking - no code, no sign-up needed.
We do not know you yet.
Your loyalty discount is applied automatically when you book with an email you have used here before. After your first stay your current level will appear here.
Your path to the highest discount.
- 2. stay-5 %
- 3. stay-8 %
- 5. stay-12 %
The percentages are a discount on the room rate and are calculated from the base price of the stay. A long-stay discount applies alongside it - both are calculated from the base, not cascaded.
Automatic. No codes.
- 01
Book with the same surname and email
When booking, enter the surname and email you used for your previous stay with us. Nothing else is needed - no registration, no code.
- 02
We verify it is really you
Recognition requires BOTH the surname and the email to match - the discount is never granted on the email alone. Accents do not matter, "Nováková" and "Novakova" are the same person.
- 03
The discount applies itself
The loyalty discount appears in the price breakdown as its own line and is deducted from the room rate.
Check your tier
Enter the e-mail you booked with and we will show you which tier you are on.
We apply the discount automatically at booking - you do not have to enter anything.
