Add-ons and limits
What it is
Some things cannot be measured by your plan, because everybody uses a different amount of them - bulk e-mails, SMS messages and photo storage. That is why they come with a monthly allowance and the option to buy more.
Why you need it
So that you know how much you have left, and do not end up without SMS in the middle of the season.
Photo storage
Storage is part of your plan and cannot be bought separately:

At 90 % full the indicator turns to a warning color. When the space runs out, uploading is blocked - the photos already uploaded stay visible. Free up space by deleting old photos or move to a higher plan.
E-mail and SMS packs
These are two separate add-ons. Each has its own monthly allowance and its own balance.
The monthly allowance included in your subscription

Both features are part of the Premium plan, which is why lower plans have no monthly allowance - it would be a quota for a feature you do not have unlocked anyway.
The monthly allowance renews every month. Unused units do not carry over.
How to buy more
- Log in to
ubytora.comand open your property detail. - Scroll down to the Add-ons section.
- Next to the add-on you need, click Buy a pack.
- Choose the pack size and pay by card.
- The units are credited as soon as the payment goes through.
Purchased units never expire - they roll over from month to month until you use them.

A larger pack always works out cheaper per unit.
The order they are used up in
The monthly allowance is used first, and only then the units you bought. That way the units you paid for do not expire along with the monthly allowance.
Common problems
It tells me my plan does not include a monthly allowance. Campaigns and SMS are features of the Premium plan. On a lower plan the monthly allowance does not exist.
A campaign was not sent even though I still have some e-mails. A campaign is only sent when it fits into the balance in full. Half the guests getting the offer and the other half not would be worse than not sending it - so the system asks you to buy more instead.
My SMS run out faster than I expect. Every segment sent is charged, not every message. A long SMS is split into several segments. That is why our templates are written without diacritics - with accents one message would count as three.
The Buy a pack button is unavailable. Purchasing becomes available once your subscription order is complete.
I clicked Buy twice. Nothing happens - the system recognises two quick clicks as a single order and you pay only once.
