Plans and prices
What it is
Ubytora has three plans with a fixed monthly price. We take no commission from your bookings - it makes no difference whether you have five or five hundred reservations a month.
Why it matters
Your plan decides two things: which features you have unlocked and what limits you have (the number of rooms, photo storage). When you cannot see something in the website administration, it is almost always a feature of a higher plan.

With yearly billing you pay the whole amount at once and save roughly 15 %. The prices are final - we are not VAT-registered, so nothing is added to them.

More than one property in a single account is only available on the Custom plan. If you manage several properties, write to us.
What is in each plan
Basic - €39/mo.
A website with a booking system, the website administration, e-mail booking confirmations, basic SEO, promo codes, Google Analytics, a cookie bar and GDPR.
Standard - €79/mo.
Everything in Basic plus: a multi-language website, guest reviews, seasonal prices, long-stay discounts, child prices by age, a minimum length of stay, calendar links with other portals, an occupancy calendar, room blocking, digital check-in, the Surroundings, FAQ and News sections, data export, an audit log and access for team members (up to 5 roles).
Premium - €169/mo.
Everything in Standard plus: a CRM with guest history, housekeeping, price suggestions based on occupancy, add-ons offered during booking, a loyalty program, e-mail campaigns, promo banners, the Restaurant, Wellness and Events sections, advanced analytics, an accounting system connection, live chat on the website, your own sender e-mail address, group bookings and a waitlist for occupied dates.

Common problems
I cannot see a feature I saw in the pricing. Check which plan you are on - in
your account at ubytora.com in the Billing & plan section. Every article in
this documentation has a label at the top showing the plan the feature is
available from.
I have reached the room limit. Basic allows 15 rooms, Standard 30. When you try to add another, the system tells you the limit has been reached. The solution is to move to a higher plan, see Changing your plan.
I have run out of photo storage. Uploading is blocked, but the photos already uploaded stay visible. Free up space by deleting old photos or move to a higher plan.
I want a feature that is not in any plan. Write to us through the contact form and choose the Custom website topic.
