Partner programme
What it is
The partner programme is for people who help Ubytora grow from the outside. There are two types of partner and one person can be both at once:
- An agent brings in new clients through their link and receives a share of their payments.
- A designer is the author of a website template and receives a share of the payments from clients who use that template.
We create partner accounts ourselves. You cannot request one by registering.
How it differs from the referral programme
These are two different things and they cannot be combined:

How to do it
First sign-in
- Sign in at
ubytora.comwith the details we sent you. - The partner programme terms will appear. Read them and confirm your agreement. Without this you cannot request a payout.
- Open Settings and fill in your IBAN and tax declaration.
Overview
The Overview section shows:
- how much is available to withdraw and how much is still pending release,
- how much you earned this month and last month,
- a chart of the last 12 months,
- your rates (the percentage for each plan or template),
- the list of clients you referred, or your templates and how many people use them.

How the commission is calculated
The commission is a percentage of the amount the client actually paid. The percentages are agreed individually and you can see them in your overview.
Example: 10 clients on the Basic plan (€39 per month) use your template and your agreed rate is 10 %. You receive €3.90 from each payment, so €39 per month in total.
Important:
- If the client paid less (a discount or credit), the commission is calculated from the lower amount.
- If the client stops using your template, further payments no longer generate a commission.
- An agent's commission continues for as long as the referred client keeps paying for their subscription.
When you can withdraw the money
Every commission first waits for 14 days. This window covers cases where the client withdraws from the contract or the payment is refunded. After 14 days it moves to the amount available for payout.
You can request a payout at any time once you have at least €100. The money accumulates until you withdraw it and never expires.
- Open Payouts.
- Click Request payout.
- We send the amount by bank transfer, usually within 15 working days.
- The history shows you when the request was processed.
Only one request can be open at a time. If the button is disabled, the reason is shown underneath it (missing IBAN, an amount below the minimum, or a request already being processed).
Tax and levies
The amount we send you is gross. We do not withhold any tax or levies.
The commission is taxable income that you declare yourself. The exemption for income up to €500 does not apply to these commissions, because this is income arising from a contractual relationship. Health insurance contributions are usually payable on such income as well, through your insurer's annual settlement.
That is why, in settings, you declare whether you receive the commission as a business (sole trader or company, with a company ID) or as an individual without a trade licence. If you bring in clients on a long-term basis, this is usually a systematic activity that requires a trade licence.

Frequently asked questions
Can I register through my own link? No. Registering yourself or people close to you does not create a commission.
What if a client cancels their subscription? The commission from further payments ends. Money already paid out stays yours.
What happens to my template if we end our cooperation? The template stays in the catalogue and clients can keep using it. The right to a reward from further payments ends. The details are in the programme terms.
Why does my account show an amount I cannot withdraw? Either the 14 day period is still running, or the amount is below €100, or you have a request that we are still processing.
