Signing up and first login

What it is

Your account on ubytora.com is where you manage your subscription, invoices and your website address. The website your guests see is managed elsewhere - you get there after signing up and completing the setup.

Why you need it

Nothing else can start without an account. Signing up is the first step, followed by the setup guide.

How to do it

1. Open ubytora.com and click Get started free in the top right corner.
2. If you have a Google account, click Continue with Google and you are done. Otherwise continue with step 3.
3. Fill in your name, e-mail and password. The password needs at least 8 characters. Repeat the same password in the field below.
4. Tick the agreement with the terms of use and the privacy policy.
5. Wait for the "I am not a robot" check to finish.
6. Click Create account for free.
7. Open your mailbox and click the link in the message from us. That verifies your address.
8. Go back to ubytora.com and log in.

Common problems

The e-mail did not arrive. Check the Spam or Promotions folder. If it is not there, try signing up again - a typo in the address is the most common cause.

Forgotten password. On the login screen click Forgot password? and enter your e-mail. You will receive a link to set a new one.

The account already exists. If the system says the e-mail is taken, you already have an account. Log in, or have a new password sent to you.

The passwords do not match. Both password fields must be identical. Check whether Caps Lock is on.
