Website appearance - template, colors and typeface
What it is
The Appearance (theme) tab on the Content & design screen. It is where you decide how the website looks - not what is written on it.
Why you need it
So that the website looks like your property, not like every other one. A mountain lodge needs different colors than a city apartment.
Website template
The template is the base design. You can choose from eight, each tied to a plan:

You only see the templates that belong to your plan or a lower one.
Changing the template does not delete your content. Rooms, photos, texts and settings are kept. Only the look changes.
How to change the template
- In the left menu open Content & design.
- Go to the Appearance (theme) tab.
- In the Website template block click the one you want.
- The page reloads by itself after the change.
Style (vibe preset)
The fastest route to a decent result. One click sets colors, fonts, shapes and density all at once. You can choose from:
- Mountains
- Sea
- City
- Countryside
- Custom - when you want to fine-tune everything yourself
A recommendation: start with the one closest to your place, and only then adjust the details.
Colors
There are two to set:
- Primary color - headings and navigation.
- Accent color - buttons and prices.
For each pair the system tells you whether it is Contrast OK or Low contrast. Low contrast means the text will be hard to read against the background - especially on a phone and in sunlight. Do not ignore it.
Typeface
Four options: Classic, Modern, Traditional, Bold.

Which options you actually see depends on the template you chose - not every one supports all the variants.
Dark mode for guests
With the Allow light / dark switch toggle you let a guest switch the website to dark mode. You can view both versions in the preview window.
Live preview
On the right there is a live preview - you see the change in it immediately, before saving. The preview uses your real name.
The Full preview button opens a large preview of the whole page.
How to do it (summary)
- Open Content & design → the Appearance (theme) tab.
- Choose a template.
- Click the style (vibe preset) closest to your place.
- Fine-tune the colors, typeface and shapes. Watch the live preview as you go.
- Check that the colors show Contrast OK.
- Save.
- Use View as guest to open the real website and look at it on a phone too.
Common problems
I cannot see the template I want. It belongs to a higher plan. The list above says which one.
I moved to a lower plan and the template changed. If your template is not in the new plan, the website returns to the default one for that plan. The content stays.
I changed a color and nothing happens. The preview reacts immediately, the public website only after saving.
The website looks different from the preview. The preview is scaled down. Use Full preview or View as guest.
I cannot see some card or gallery setting. The template you chose does not have that variant. Try another one.
