What to do right after setup
What it is
You have paid and your property is created. This article explains what comes next and where each thing is set up.
Two places, not one
This is the one thing worth remembering at the start:

You can reach the portal straight away. You get into the website administration only once the website address is set up - until then there would be nowhere to go.
The order of the steps
1. Check the checklist on the portal
Log in to ubytora.com. On the home screen there is a Setup section with
five items:
- Account created
- Plan selected
- Property set up
- Domain connected
- Rooms and pricing set up
Next to every unfinished item there is a button that takes you where it gets sorted out.
2. Sort out the website address
Without it nobody will see the website. There are details in the article Your website address. If you ordered us to handle it for you, we will get in touch within 24 hours and you do not have to do anything.
Once the address is active, we will send you an e-mail with a link to the website administration.
3. Set up rooms and prices
This is done in the website administration. Without at least one room with a price, a guest has nothing to book.
4. Upload photos
Photos are the first thing a guest sees. Your storage space depends on your plan
- see Add-ons and limits.
5. Check how you appear in the catalogue
In the property detail on the portal, fill in the property type, region, district and amenities. That is how guests find you - see Accommodation catalogue.
Common problems
I cannot get into the website administration. It becomes available only after the website address is set up. Check its status in the property detail on the portal.
I did not get the e-mail with the link to the website administration. Look in
the Spam folder. You can also log in directly at yourdomain.com/admin once the
address is active.
I set up the rooms but the website is still empty. Check that the rooms have a price filled in and that they are switched on.
I am not sure whether the whole thing works. Open your own website as a guest and try making a reservation. You can then cancel that reservation in the website administration.
