The referral program
What it is
When you bring somebody to Ubytora, you receive credit towards your own subscription every month. One credit is worth one euro.
Why you need it
It reduces your monthly payment. With two or three referred clients it tends to be a few tens of euros a month.
How to do it
- Log in to
ubytora.com. - In the left menu open Referral program.
- At the top you will find your link and your code. You copy them with the Copy button, or have a QR code displayed.
- Send the link to an accommodation provider you know.
- When they register through your link and start paying, credit starts building up automatically.
The link is valid for 30 days from the click. If the person registers later, the attribution does not count.
How much you get
The rate depends on the referred client's plan:

The credit is always calculated from the monthly price of the plan, even when the referred client pays yearly.
Credit rules
- Credit accrues after every successful payment by the referred client.
- You can earn at most €50 of credit per month.
- At most 50 % of the price of your subscription is deducted from any one invoice.
- Unused credit is valid for 3 months from when it was earned, then it expires.
- Credit is deducted from your invoice automatically - there is nothing to do.
- When a referred client cancels their subscription, credit from them stops accruing.
Where to see what you have
On the Referral program page you will find:
- Available credit - how much unused credit you have.
- The next invoice calculation - how much credit will be deducted and how much you will actually pay.
- Referred clients - who registered through you and what state they are in.
- Credit history - every movement with its expiry date.
Common problems
Somebody I know registered but I cannot see any credit. Credit only comes into existence after their first successful payment, not after registration. While they are in the Inactive state, no credit accrues.
I have more credit than was deducted. Two caps apply at once: at most 50 % of the invoice price and at most €50 per month. The rest carries over to the next period - but it is valid for 3 months.
My credit expired. Credit is valid for 3 months from when it was earned. In the credit history you can see the expiry date next to every movement.
Credit is not accruing even though the client is paying. Check whether you have used up the €50 cap for that month. No credit is generated for a referred client on the Custom plan.
Somebody I know registered without my link. Attribution is done through the link and cannot be added retrospectively. Ask them to use the link before registering.
